This class is designed to give a blissful balance of full-body fitness. Instructors choose 30 minutes of high-intensity workout. Followed by 30 minutes of rejuvenating cool down such as yoga or dynamic stretching. 50/50 class content varies with instructor.
Spin is a low impact, high intensity cardio workout on an indoor bicycle.
Music booms through the speakers and the light show helps motivate you as the instructor guides you through the class.
The rhythm of the music leads the way, and you can adjust your resistance on the bike to your comfort level.
The workout involves mostly lower body but recruits core and upper body.
Saddle up and ride your way to a good mood as the endorphins pulse through your body.

Simply Stretch is a class designed to improve flexibility and increase strength at the same time.
We use multiple forms of stretching including ballistic stretching, passive stretching and PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching).
It is low impact, high intensity movements that we try to hold for 30 to 60 seconds.
Each class is finished with a 5 to 10 minute mindful relaxation on the mat (some call this meditation).
This gentle chair class is for participants with mobility challenges and participants who are preparing for or recovering from a surgical procedure.
Single joint exercises gently strengthen muscles, tendons and ligaments to improve strength, endurance and flexibility.
Certified instructors assess clients every 3 to 6 months to review effectiveness of the program and suggest progressions.
